These terms apply when you use braydensautodetail.com or book a detailing service with Brayden's Auto Detail. By using the website or booking a service, you agree to them. If you have a question about anything here, ask us before your appointment.

Our services

We provide mobile auto detailing in Lehi, Utah County and nearby areas. We come to your home or office and usually bring our own water, power and equipment; if a service needs water or power from you, we will tell you when you book. Service descriptions on this website explain what each package usually includes.

Quotes and pricing

Prices on this website are starting prices, and the instant quote is an estimate. The final price depends on your vehicle’s size and condition (for example heavy pet hair, deep stains or heavy mud) and on any add-ons. We confirm the final price with you before any work begins.

If we find your vehicle needs more work than expected, we will tell you the price before doing the extra work, and you can decline it.

Booking, rescheduling and cancelling

You can book online, by phone or by text. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you can.

We may need to reschedule because of weather, unsafe working conditions or an emergency. If that happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a new time. We may decline or stop work on a vehicle or at a location that is unsafe to work on.

Your responsibilities

Remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Make sure the vehicle is available at the agreed time and place, and that we are allowed to work there (for example, under your HOA, landlord or employer rules).
Tell us before we start about any existing damage, aftermarket parts, wraps, custom or repainted panels, electrical problems, or areas you want us to avoid.

Existing conditions and results

We work carefully, but we are not responsible for damage or wear that was already there, such as scratches, chips, failing clear coat, loose or broken trim, worn upholstery, or earlier repairs.

Some stains, odors and scratches cannot be removed completely. We will be honest with you about what to expect. Paint correction removes defects in the clear coat, but scratches that go through the clear coat will still show. How long a sealant or coating lasts depends on how the vehicle is driven, washed and stored.

Our satisfaction guarantee

Before we leave, we walk around the finished vehicle with you. If something is not right, tell us then and we will fix it on the spot.

If something gets damaged

We are insured. If you believe we damaged your vehicle or property, tell us as soon as possible, ideally before we leave, and before you have it repaired, so we can see it. We will work with you in good faith to make it right.

Payment

Payment is due when your service is complete. We accept cash, Venmo and most other common payment methods.

Text messages

When you give us your phone number in a quote request or message on this website, you agree that Brayden's Auto Detail may text you about that request and your appointment, including an automatic text from Brayden following up on your quote request. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us; you can always call instead.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also reach us at the contact details below.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using this website

The information on this website is general and may change, including prices and availability. We try to keep it accurate, but the price we confirm with you is the one that applies.

The text, photos and logo on this website belong to Brayden's Auto Detail. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our permission.

Do not misuse the website, for example by sending spam through the forms or trying to interfere with how it works.

Links to other websites, including our booking page provider and social media, are there for convenience. We are not responsible for those sites.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of use of your vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, please contact us first. Most issues can be sorted out with a conversation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Utah County, Utah.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
