This policy explains what information Brayden's Auto Detail collects through braydensautodetail.com and when you work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a small, owner-operated mobile detailing business in Lehi, Utah. We do not sell your information.

Information you give us

When you request a quote or send a message on this website, we collect what you enter:

Your name and phone number.
Your email address (optional on the quote forms; needed on the Contact page form so we can reply).
Your vehicle type, the service and add-ons you picked, and the estimate shown to you.
Anything you write in a message.

When you book online, the booking page is provided by Urable, our scheduling software. What you enter there (such as your name, contact details, service address, vehicle and appointment time) is stored by Urable so we can schedule and complete your service.

When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you send.

We do not collect card numbers on this website. You pay at the end of your service, and any payment app you use (such as Venmo) handles your payment details under its own policy.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one collects some information automatically when you visit:

Google Analytics records which pages you view, actions such as requesting a quote or tapping to call or text, how you arrived, your general location (city-level, based on your IP address), and your device and browser type.
Microsoft Clarity records how visitors scroll, click and move through pages (heatmaps and session recordings) so we can find what is confusing or broken. Clarity hides what you type into form boxes. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture this usage data with first- and third-party cookies, and Microsoft may use it as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to run the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use your information

To answer your quote request and send you a price.
To schedule, confirm and carry out your detail, and to contact you about it by phone, text or email.
To follow up after a service, for example to ask for a review, or to remind a returning customer when they are due for their next detail.
To keep the business records we need, including for taxes.
To understand how the website is used and improve it.
To keep the website and our forms secure and free of spam.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number in a quote request or when booking, we may text you about that request and your appointment. When you request a quote online, you may get an automatic text from Brayden following up on your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for help. You can also call us or email us to opt out.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that process it on our behalf (such as our form, email, scheduling and messaging providers).

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us:

Web3Forms, which delivers website form submissions to our email.
Google, for our business email, Google Analytics, the map on our Contact page, and the website fonts.
Microsoft, for Clarity.
Urable, for online booking, scheduling and customer records.
Our phone and text-messaging providers (such as Twilio), to send and receive calls, texts and voicemails.
Base44 and Supabase, which host some of the images on this website (your browser contacts them when it loads those images).
Vercel, which hosts this website.
The software we use to keep our own business records.
People who help us do the work, such as a detailer working with us on your appointment.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use cookies to tell visits apart and measure how the site is used. The site also uses your browser’s session storage to remember that you closed an announcement, so it does not show again during that visit.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. The site still works if you do.

How long we keep information

We keep customer and quote information for as long as we need it to serve you and to keep our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below). We will delete what we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing or texting us using the contact details below. We will respond within a reasonable time. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Security

This website uses HTTPS, and we limit who can see customer information. No website or storage system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites

Our booking page (Urable) and the map on our Contact page (Google Maps) are provided by other companies, and their own privacy policies apply to what you do there. Links to other websites, such as our social media pages, are covered by those sites’ policies, not this one.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
